The commercial terms for Cyber Freedom and Store Fraud Detector.

These terms cover plans, add-ons, and keys sold on this site by GETandDO Corporation. Consulting, design, AI, and security engagements are scoped in their own writing. AI consulting contracts are short, and the client can cancel.

Plans

Free is $0 and needs an email. Pro and Business are also free for the first 30 days, with no card. After 30 days a paid plan moves to Free unless you pay. Pro is $12 a month or $99 a year per site. Business is $29 a month or $249 a year for up to 5 sites. The agency pack is $99 a month or $990 a year for 10 sites and 1,000,000 events. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and sales tax. Checkout adds the tax that applies to the billing country.

The key

A key is issued to the account email. Paste it into the plugin settings. On current installs that menu is Fraud Detector, Settings, in the store’s WordPress admin. The key keeps working when a paid plan ends; the plan on it becomes Free. Replacing a key stops the old one. Update every site.

Cancel

Cancel any time from the account page. The plan runs to the end of the paid period, then Free. Nothing you set is deleted: rules, allow-lists, and the learning set stay. Automatic blocking and analytics switch off at the end of the period.

Refunds

The first payment of any plan or the agency pack is refundable within 30 days, no questions. One-time items, including a rules review and a named shape, are refundable until the work starts. Monthly add-ons stop at the end of the month you drop them. There is no prorated refund on a downgrade; the period runs out first. An upgrade is immediate. Monthly plans are prorated for the remainder of the month. Yearly plans credit the unused part of the old plan toward the new one.

What we do not promise

We do not offer a chargeback guarantee. We show you what stands apart on your store and let you stop it. We do not insure orders. Nothing on this site is a promise of a detection rate or of any payment or chargeback outcome. Figures on the Store Fraud Detector page are approximate measurements on public research corpora, not results on your store.

Use

You will not use the service to attack a store you do not operate. Detection on Free is not reduced. Headroom, memory, automatic blocking, analytics, and support are what the paid plans add.
