Every plan, Free included, can add these from the account page in one click. They bill with your plan, prorate the month you add them, and can be dropped at the end of any month. Nothing you set is lost when you drop one.

Events pack
$5 a month per 10,000 events. Stacks. Buy it when the dashboard says “90% of this month’s events” and you would rather not change plans. The month’s read limit is raised at once. Events already waiting on your server are read the same hour.
At 90%: 3 days to the reset and 90% used. Add 10,000 events for $5 and keep reading. One click, drops itself if you do not renew it.
At 100%: over this month’s events. Your rules keep working and your events stay on your server, but the service is not reading them. Add an events pack ($5) or move up a tier. Either starts reading within the hour.

$5 a month per site. Buy it when you open a second store, or an agency reaches site six. One more site on the same account and plan, sharing the events. One dashboard per site, one bill.

Findings kept 1 year
$5 a month. Included on Business and Agency. Buy it when you take cards and the chargeback arrives in month four. Every finding, with its receipts, for twelve months. Export any of them.

Rules review with a person
$49, once. Buy it in your first month, or the week after a campaign, a sale, or a bot flood. A person reads your findings and your rules for thirty minutes and writes back what to allow, what to block, and what to remove from the learning set.

Named shape from your own history
From $499 once, then $19 a month. Buy it when a specific fraud hits you and you have examples of it: refund abuse, coupon rings, sign-up fraud, a provider’s billing pattern. A shape learned from your own labelled examples, served to your sites only. The “with examples” column on every domain page is what that buys.

$99 a month or $990 a year. Buy it when you manage many stores. 10 sites, 1,000,000 events, every Business feature, a shared dashboard across sites, your own name in the header.
Why buy a la carte instead of the next tier
Add-ons are priced so that one more of something costs less than the next tier, and two of them cost about the same. One events pack on Pro is $17 a month. Four packs is $32, which is more than Business, and that is the signal to move up. A Pro store with a second site pays $17. With a third site and a pack it pays $27, and Business at $29 gives it five sites and ten times the events. The account page shows the sum of your add-ons beside the next tier’s price so the comparison is always in front of you.
On Free, findings arrive a day after the service saw them. Pro sees them the minute they are found: $12 a month, or $5 now for an events pack if the month is the only problem.
At the end of a Pro trial: your 30 days on Pro are up. Keep Pro at $99 a year, or stay free and add only what you need. Events $5, sites $5, one-year findings $5.

Refunds
Thirty days, no questions, on the first payment of any plan or the agency pack. One-time items (rules review, named shape) are refundable until the work starts. Monthly add-ons stop at the end of the month you drop them.
