What this site keeps, and what the service sends.

This website

If you start a plan or check out, we keep the email address, the order, the plan, the license key, and the referral code so we can run the account and send receipts. The contact form keeps the message so we can reply. The server writes ordinary access logs. We do not send marketing from the account email.

Payments are taken by the card processor configured on the checkout. Paid checkout continues to Stripe. The card number is not entered on this site and is not stored here. A free plan does not ask for a card. GETandDO does not store the card number.

The service

Sent events go to the service over TLS, one-way hashed where they identify a person, and are kept only as long as the service needs them to know your normal. You can see and prune that set at any time. Your own copy stays on your server, compressed, sized by your plan, and removed when you uninstall.

What leaves a store: the request line (method, path, query), the response code, the client address, the user agent, the event kind, and one-way hashes of the account, session, email domain, and payment method where an event carries them. What never leaves: names, email addresses, passwords, card numbers, postal addresses, and order contents.

How long

Findings on the service are kept 7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro, and 1 year on Business. A paid period that ends returns the account to Free. The key, the rules, and the learning set you can prune stay. Account and order records stay for as long as the account is open and as long as tax and accounting rules require after that.

Ask

To see, correct, or delete the account email and the messages you sent, use the contact page. Deleting an account does not by itself remove a store’s local event log; uninstalling the plugin does that.
